You must be 18 years or older to sign the rental agreement for your party.

A valid identification card is required for rental.

No refunds will be given for early return. 

Children 12 and under must wear a PFD at all times.

Non-swimmers and weak simmers must wear a PFD at all times. 

No swimming from watercraft at any time.

If you swamp your boat, stay with it.

Watercraft capacity limits must be strictly adhered to.

Only the users issued the boat are allowed to use it. Switching users or passengers is not allowed. 

No cooking or fire of any kind is allowed on board. 

No alcohol is allowed on board at any time. 

No beaching watercraft at any time. 

Approach bridges very slowly. Bimini may not fit under depending on the water level. 

Be cautious and courteous to other boaters. 

When returning, approach the dock slowly with bow first. 

Follow Park Service and                                at all times. 

Check your watercraft before use. Any damage to watercraft must be paid for when boat is returned. 

Pets are not allowed on pontoons that are not pet optional.

Boats returned excessively dirty will be assessed a $50 charge. 

Make sure you fully understand the function and use of all equipment prior to use. Ask attendant if you need anything clarified. 

We reserve the right to revoke boating privileges for violations of the above at any time, without warning or refund.
